We believe your privacy is important. To fulfill our commitment to respecting and protecting your privacy, we will adhere to the following principles:

    (1) We will inform you of the personal information that will be collected, and, where appropriate seek your consent to collect, process, use, or disclose your personal information.
    (2) We will identify the purposes for which we will collect and further process your personal information.
    (3) We will only collect information that is necessary to carry out the identified purposes of use.
    (4) We will use or disclose your personal information only for the purposes for which it has been collected, except with your consent, or as required or permitted by applicable law, and we will retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes.
    (5) We will endeavor to ensure that your personal information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    (6) We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
    (7) We will make our policies and practices for the handling of your personal information as transparent as is reasonably possible.
    (8) You will have access to your personal information and will be able to correct your personal information as appropriate in accordance with your rights under applicable law.
    (9) We will be accountable to you. We are interested in hearing your opinion regarding our compliance with these principles, this Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.

    2. What Kinds of Information do we Collect?
When you use the Services we use the following methods to access your information to provide the Services to you and optimize our security to protect your account and personal information. Because the needs and choices of each IQT product or service may vary, we will only collect partial information that is necessary based on the Services you use.

    2.1 Information Provided by Users
    (1) Your account information. You may provide your name, email or telephone number to create a IQT account or log into the Services through a third-party account (e.g., Google, LINE, Facebook, etc.). Please note that we do not collect third-party password. It is necessary to provide one of the information above, in order to create an account and use the Services.
    (2) Customer Support. You can provide us with information about your use of the Services, including your products or Services information and how to contact you, so that we can provide customer support. For example, you can use the “user feedback” feature or send an email that contains information about our Services performance and other issues.
    (3) Usage by the user. We collect user information about your activity in our Services, such as: features used; operations performed; and time, frequency, and duration of users' activities. For example, we collect the time the user connected to our Services and the time of the last connection, as well as the operations of accounts, settings, the content in sending or receiving messages, and other functions in our Services. We also collect relevant parameters for the Services setup by users.
    (4) Billing information. If you shop on our Services, we will collect the necessary billing information such as buyer’s name, buyer’s ID, and billing address, etc. However, we will not collect payment information such as credit card number.
    2.2 Device information
    (1) When you use Services, we may obtain and maintain certain electronic identification or log data that is automatically provided by your device such as: device type, operating system, IP address, browser information including type and language settings, device identifier, advertising identifier, mobile application identifier, cookies, or web beacons (described as below).
    • Cookies: Cookies are small text files that are sent to or accessed from your web browser or your computer’s hard drive. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain (internet location) from which the cookie originated, the “lifetime” of the cookie (i.e., when it expires) and a randomly generated unique number or similar identifier. A cookie also may contain information about your computer, such as user settings, browsing history and activities conducted while using the Services.
    • Web Beacons: A web beacon (also called a pixel tag or clear GIF) is computer code that communicates information from your device to a server. Some of IQT’s content and emails may contain embedded web beacons that allow a server to read certain types of information from your Device, allow us to count the number of people who have viewed content, to know when you opened an email message and the IP address of your Device. Web beacons help IQT develop statistical information to provide better and more personalized content.
    (2) This information is necessary as part of our ongoing efforts to detect and deter unauthorized or fraudulent use of, or abuse of, Services, as well as to provide you with customized options, and optimize the Service for your device.
    (3) Also, please note that a third party advertising identifier may be associated with your Account through our internal identifier. IQT uses analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to collect Other Information. Generally analytics services do not identify individual users. Google analytics services allow you to opt out of data collection. For example, to learn more about Google Analytics practices and to opt out, visit https://www.google.com/settings/ads or by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

    2.3 Third-Party Information
    (1) The Services may provide access to external, third-party services and IQT cannot obtain the information you generate when using such third-party services. However, if you have expressly consented to the third party obtaining your geographic location or voice commands, etc., the third party will obtain the terminal geographic location information or voice recording interface through your device, and both IQT and the third party will be able to obtain your geographic information, location information, or voice recording information. This is sensitive information and refusing to provide this information will prevent you from using the above third-party services normally, but it will not affect your use of other IQT functions normally.
    (2) IQT does not actively obtain your personal information from third parties. If future business development requires indirect access to your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your consent before sharing it. If personal information processing activities required by IQT in the future exceed the scope of your original consent to provide personal information to third parties, we will obtain your consent before sharing it. Ways to obtain your consent includes but is not limited to, updating IQT's privacy policy and obtaining your consent for authorization through the functions related to it.
